Taste Around the Town:

Upon arrival or after breakfast , visit the historic old town Napa and Oxbow District. Napa offers 19 tasting rooms

all within walking distance. Uncorked at Oxbow , our new state of the art tasting salon offers a couples tasting (value $30/person) fees are waived for our guests.Uncorked at Oxbow features Ahnfeldt Wines and our Italian style

Carducci Wines Napa Valley varietals.

There is also a Taste Napa discount card that can be purchased for $20

and includes other tasting rooms.

Uncorked At Oxbow:

We opened our state of the art tasting room in June 2009. We offer great flight tastings of Ahnfeldt Wines

in addition to offering

our Wine Pleasures Blending Session. It is a fun and educational experience that introduces you to barrel sampling and blending different styles to fit your individual taste. Be a wine maker for an hour! $35./person.

Wine and Cheese Pairing session:

Located at our tasting room Uncorked at Oxbow, we will sample our flight of Ahnfeldt wines paired

with exquisite cheeses from The Cheese Monger at the Oxbow Public Market. $35.00/person.

Wine and Cheese Class:

Meet the experts and learn about cheeses from the world as Lassa and/or Ricardo guide you through an educational

experience and taste selected Ahnfeldt Wines and/or Carducci Italian style Napa Valley wines.
